Why Performance Nutrition + Health Coaching
You know what you want: more energy, better performance, improved health but you may not know how to get there.
Knowing what to do is only part of the equation.
Evidence-based recommendations provide a useful starting point.
Coaching helps you figure out what works for you and your life.
What Working with a Coach Looks Like
We start with you: what matters to you, what’s already working, what you’d like to change and what may be getting in the way.
Together, we look at the factors that can influence your health and performance, including fueling, training, sleep, recovery, stress and the demands of everyday life. Then we identify realistic actions to try, learn from what happens and adjust as needed.
- You get support that's built around you. There’s no one-size-fits-all protocol. We consider your goals, physiology, training, preferences and real-life demands when deciding where to start.
- You turn information into action. Instead of adding more advice to the pile, we help you decide what you want to try and find an approach that feels realistic for you.
- You learn from what happens. Change is an experiment, not a pass-or-fail test. We use curiosity to look at what worked, what didn’t and what you learned, then adjust and try again. Over time, this helps you build a more flexible mindset and an approach that works for you.
- You have a partner in the process. We’re in this together. You’ll have a place to talk through what’s working, what’s challenging and what you want to try next, with support and accountability along the way.

- Aren’t sure where to start or what to focus on first
