Meet Nancy

As a triathlete, cyclist, and runner, Nancy understands the critical role nutrition and lifestyle habits play in health, training, performance, and recovery.

Her mission is to help active women fuel smarter, perform stronger, and feel their best at every stage of life.

Nancy Gomes

Founder, Master Health Coach & Certified Sports Nutritionist
MBA, MS, PN2-MHC, PN1-SSRC, CISSN

Nancy is a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coach with advanced training in performance nutrition, sleep, stress management, and recovery. She is a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) and holds a Master of Science in Nutrition for Human Performance from Lasell University, where she has also served as an Adjunct Lecturer.

Additional training includes advanced coursework with Dr. Stacy Sims (Women Are Not Small Men and Menopause for Athletes), Menopause Health & Fitness Specialist certification, and Mental Health First Aid through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. She plans to sit for the National Board Certification in Health & Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC) in spring 2026.

With an MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management, Nancy spent more than 20 years in the financial services industry before transitioning into performance nutrition, later expanding her focus to include health coaching.

Nancy lives in Massachusetts with her husband and two rescue pups. She loves to travel (especially when a race is involved), cook with locally sourced foods, hike with her family, and enjoy the occasional gravel ride or race with friends.
