Founded by athlete and Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) Nancy Gomes, Nutrify Performance Nutrition for Women provides science-backed nutrition coaching for female athletes seeking to improve performance, recovery, and overall wellness.

- Each female athlete has unique nutritional needs and her personalized nutrition recommendations will based on the best available scientific research and evidence-based recommendations for female athletes
- Many female athletes are not consuming enough energy to fuel their training & racing activities resulting in less-than-optimal athletic performance and increases the likelihood of health issues, if sustained over time
- Deficiencies in key macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein and fat) and micronutrients (vitamins & minerals) can directly impact athletic performance
- Understanding proper hydration and nutrient timing, especially in and around training & racing, is an important strategy to ensure proper training adaptations and improve athletic performance
