3 month coaching package
$1,300 with monthly payment plan*

FOUNDATIONS+ is ideal if you’re ready to build on your initial approach, stay consistent, and continue refining your nutrition to support your training, energy, and recovery.

  • 3 months of coaching (12 sessions), including a 60-minute intake and weekly 30-minute check-ins
  • Ongoing coaching to apply and refine your approach based on your training, schedule, and real-life demands
  • Support to build consistency and follow through on your priorities

FOUNDATIONS 360

6 month coaching package
$2,350 with monthly payment plan*

FOUNDATIONS 360 is a coaching package for women looking for comprehensive, ongoing support to build, refine, and adapt how they fuel and support their training, energy, recovery, and the demands of daily life.

What’s included:

  • 6 months of coaching (24 sessions), including a 60-minute intake and weekly 30-minute check-ins
  • Ongoing coaching across nutrition, recovery, energy, and the demands of daily life
  • Continuous refinement of your approach as your training and life evolve
  • Support and accountability to navigate challenges and stay consistent
