December 2024 Recipe Pack Release

📢The December recipe pack is now available for client download (log in required). The December recipe pack includes 17 recipe ideas to refresh your meal plans.

💪🏻Iron is a critical micronutrient for health & performance, yet many female athletes have less than optimal Iron status (Ferritin) so it’s important to ensure dietary intake of Iron is sufficient. Each recipe in the new pack contains at least 5mg of Iron and is high in vitamin C and Vitamin A to help boost Iron absorption.
