We are pleased to announce a new partnership with DexaFit’s Boston & RI locations (and soon, nationally!). Effective immediately, Nutrify clients will receive an exclusive discount on all testing services including:

  • Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Testing: RMR is typically the largest component of energy expenditure and can provide important insight on energy intake required to ensure optimal physiological functioning. RMR testing is non-invasive, quick and provides an accurate, direct measurement of each athlete’s unique RMR.
  • DXA (dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry) Body Composition Testing: DXA scans are the established standard for measuring bone mineral density (BMD) and provides insight into lean muscle mass, a driver of RMR. Similar to biomarker testing, DXA can be used to set a baseline & to measure the effectiveness of nutrition and training programs in maintaining bone health, maintaining/building lean mass and reducing body fat.
