Announcing a New Benefit for Nutrify Clients

To help our clients take clear and actionable steps to improve their athletic performance with nutrition, our clients now have access to a recipe pack, updated each month with new recipes (some are used in the meal plans provided to our clients). The new recipe packs support a variety of dietary options including vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and high protein options, among others. Each recipe has easy to understand ingredients, step by step instruction and nutritional profile information.

The February recipe pack is now available to our clients and contains recipes like the Chunky Monkey Post Workout Smoothie, a simple but delicious recipe that helps our clients meet their post-workout carbohydrate and protein requirements.
