Nutrify Performance Nutrition for Women

Eat to fuel performance

It all boils down to one simple rule. You need to eat to fuel your performance. Unfortunately, 20-60% of athletes may not be eating enough (1). And while initially eating less than is needed may not be noticeable to the athlete, extended periods of eating less energy than the body needs to function and to fuel performance can cause significant issues including endocrine system dysfunction and increased risk of bone stress injuries (2).

Additionally, if you are not eating enough, you are likely missing out on important nutrients your body needs to perform at its best and you may be leaving performance on the table.
