About Adaptogens

I learned from Dr. Stacy Sims that we should consider taking adaptogens to help with peri/menopausal symptoms. Adaptogens are plant-based, phytochemical compounds that help support the body as it handles stresses.

The recommended adaptogens have significant research behind them. So after researching them (and any potential interactions) for yourself a couple to consider taking are Ashwagandha for fatigue, brain fog, cholesterol, and crP and Schishandra Chinenis to help with brain fog and improve aerobic capacity.
